Your firm's brand on every client touchpoint

Clients hired your firm, not your software. Here's how Lexfill makes every touchpoint look like it.

Your client hired your firm— not your software vendor. So when they open their intake link, pay an invoice, or get an email about a missing document, they should see your name, your logo, and your colors. Lexfill's branded platform makes every client touchpoint look and feel like yours.

Upload a logo, pick two colors, and Lexfill re-themes the entire client-facing experience around your firm's identity. No design work, no CSS, no waiting on support. It takes about two minutes in Settings — and if your firm has a website, it can take about ten seconds.

What your clients see

Once branding is set, your identity carries through every surface a client touches:

  • The intake conversation. Your logo sits beside every question as the asker — the interview visibly comes from your firm, not from an anonymous bot. Buttons, accents, and progress cues all take your colors, and even the browser tab shows your name and icon.
  • The client portal. The signed-in home where clients track their case, upload documents, and message your team wears your header, your logo, and your palette.
  • Payment pages. When a client opens an invoice link to pay by card or ACH, the checkout is branded to your firm — the moment money changes hands is exactly the wrong time for a stranger's logo.
  • Every email.Intake invites, document requests, message notifications, invoices — each one leads with your firm's wordmark and recolors its buttons and links to your accent.

Your team sees it too: the attorney console and the intake preview render in your firm's theme, so what you review is exactly what your client experiences.

Set up in one click (really)

If your firm already has a website, you don't even need to dig up brand assets. Point Lexfill at your site and it finds your logo and brand colors for you — it reads the colors your site declares and even samples the dominant tones from your logo itself. Review the suggestion, click apply, done.

Prefer to do it by hand? The Brand identity card in Settings takes a logo upload and two hex colors — a primary that drives the theme and a secondary for ink accents. Clear them anytime to return to the default look.

Legible by default, in any color

Here's the part most "white-label" tools get wrong: they let you pick a brand color, then render white text on your light-yellow buttons and call it a day. Lexfill treats your color as the input to a theme, not a paint bucket:

  • Bright brand colors automatically get dark button text; deep ones get white — computed against legibility thresholds, not guessed.
  • Light mode and dark mode are tuned separately, so a navy that looks sharp on white doesn't vanish on a dark screen.
  • Washes, borders, and hover states are all derived from your primary, so the whole interface stays coherent instead of just swapping one button color.

And because Lexfill's intake runs in your client's own language — including right-to-left scripts like Arabic — your branding holds up there too. The layout and your logo stay put whichever direction the text flows.

Branded, not disguised

One deliberate choice: client-facing pages carry a quiet "powered by Lexfill" note. Your brand leads everywhere it matters, and your clients still know their sensitive information sits on dedicated, secure infrastructure — not a homegrown portal. In our experience that line builds trust rather than costing it.

A client called to confirm the intake link was really from us. Now the first thing they see is our logo asking the questions — that call doesn't happen anymore.

Why it matters

Immigration clients are handing you the most sensitive facts of their lives, often in a second language, often scared of scams. A link that looks like the firm they chose — same logo they saw in your office, same colors as your website — gets opened, trusted, and finished. Branding isn't vanity here; it's completion rate.

The branded platform is included on every Lexfill plan. Upload your logo, set your colors, and your next intake invite goes out looking like it came from the firm your client actually hired — because it did.
