Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Eras Partners Inc (“Lexfill,” “we,” “us”) and the law firm or individual creating an account (“you”). By using Lexfill you agree to them.

The service

Lexfill is software for client intake, immigration form preparation, and document collection. Lexfill is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing everything the platform produces — including AI-generated review notes and drafts, which can contain errors — before it is filed or relied on.

Accounts

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including your team members and the clients you invite.

Your data

You own the data you and your clients put into Lexfill. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it to provide the service, and you confirm you have the necessary consent from your clients. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we may suspend accounts with unpaid balances. If you invoice your clients through Lexfill, you are the merchant of record for those payments — we are not a party to the transaction between you and your client.

Confidentiality

Each of us will protect the other’s non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only as needed to provide or use the service. We treat the case information in your account as your confidential information and disclose it only to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy or when required by law.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Lexfill to break the law, submit false information to government agencies, interfere with the service, or resell access. Don’t attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@lexfill.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your data, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them from time to time. If a change is material, we will email account holders a plain-language summary of what changed and ask you to actively accept the updated terms before continuing to use the service. Questions?
