Advance parole, the I-130A and the Cuban Adjustment Act, all in the green-card package.
Form I-131 for advance parole is now an opt-in form on every adjustment case, Form I-130A comes with every marriage case, and Cuban Adjustment Act cases have their own case type.
The standard green-card package is now complete in Lexfill: I-485, I-765 and the I-131 for advance parole. Turn the I-131 on for any adjustment case and the client answers it in the same guided intake, with their name, address and contact details carried over from the I-485; the advance parole fee is added to the cover letter only when the packet carries the form. Marriage cases now include the I-130A, filled from what the I-130 already knows. And Cuban Adjustment Act cases get their own case type, with the entry-document question the I-485 needs.
- Opt-in, not automatic: a case only gets the I-131 when you add it
- Clients with several forms can open any of them directly from their portal, in any order
- Existing cases can add any of these forms from the Forms tab
