Ask Lex to add a form, add a person or fill a form, and confirm with one click.
Lex can now make changes to a case for you, and each one waits on a card until you press Confirm, so nothing happens that you didn't approve.
"Add the I-130A", "add Felix to her case", "fill the I-130A from the I-130", "send her the portal invite": say it at the Desk and Lex lays the change out on a card. You can adjust it, then press Confirmand it's done exactly as the matching button in the console would do it, as you. Filling a form only copies into empty fields, shows you where each value came from, and never overwrites an answer. Lex never removes anything or sends invitations in bulk.
