Client messages now reach you as desktop notifications.

Turn on browser notifications and a new client message appears on your screen within seconds, even when Lexfill is in a background tab or closed.

A client who writes back shouldn't wait half an hour for you to notice. With browser notifications on, a new message shows up as a desktop notification in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. It names the client but never shows the message itself, since notifications can appear on a lock screen or a shared monitor. Click it and the client's conversation opens in Lexfill. The unread email still goes out if the message sits unread.

  • One switch per person on Settings → Notifications, in every browser you use
  • Several messages from one client collapse into a single notification
  • Messages routed to case owners only notify the owners

Lex now researches the web, and checks your cases against what it finds.

Ask about a policy alert, this month's Visa Bulletin, TPS for a country or a recent decision, and Lex reads the official sources, links every claim with its date and tells you which of your cases it affects.
