Forms now take comments — from your team, and from Lex.
Switch on Comment, click anywhere on the document, and the thread stays pinned there — and Lex's AI-review findings arrive the same way, anchored to the exact fields she questions.
Reviewing a filled form used to mean the PDF on one screen and your notes somewhere else. Now the conversation happens on the page: switch on Comment in the form toolbar, click anywhere on the document, and the thread stays pinned there — replies, mentions, resolve — visible to the whole firm. Lex works the same way: press Run AI review and her findings arrive as comments pinned to the exact fields she questions, each marked by how serious it is. Mention @Lex in any thread and she answers with the case in front of her.
- Findings land where you fix them — a contradiction in the marital history is a comment on that field, not a row in a separate report
- The Comments panel is the review rail: every thread across the form, filtered to All, Team, or Lex, each one jumping to its page
- Run the review again after fixes and it updates what changed instead of piling up duplicate threads
