Keep a permanent record of every packet you file.

Publish a filing packet as a numbered version that later runs never touch, share it with the client when you choose, and pick exactly which uploaded documents go into each packet before it runs.

Every packet run replaced the one before it, so there was no lasting answer to the question every file eventually gets asked: what exactly did we send? Now you press Publish on the Packet tab and the packet you just reviewed is saved, page for page, as v1, v2, v3 for that case. The newest is live, the toolbar tells you when a newer run has not been published yet, and any version reopens read-only with the comments your team left on it. And before any run starts, you choose the documents that go in. Everything is checked by default. Uncheck what should stay out, and the case remembers it for the next run.

  • Share on your terms — save a version to the case documents, make it downloadable in the client portal, or both, and change either later
  • Open findings are called out before you publish, and the decision stays yours
  • Each version records who published it, its page count and how many documents were left out

See who spoke to each lead — and whose calls turn into consults.

Log every call, email or text to a lead in one tap, and Reports now breaks the funnel down by team member — leads worked, attempts made, how many reached a consult and hired — so you can see which approach converts, not just the firm-wide rate.

Every case now has owners — and only they hear about it.

Assign one or more attorneys to a case and see who owns what at a glance — in the Cases list, on the case itself, and in a My cases widget on your home page. Case updates, notes and completed tasks go to the owners, not the whole firm.
