See who spoke to each lead — and whose calls turn into consults.

Log every call, email or text to a lead in one tap, and Reports now breaks the funnel down by team member — leads worked, attempts made, how many reached a consult and hired — so you can see which approach converts, not just the firm-wide rate.

A stage on the board says where a lead is. It never said who got it there, or how many tries it took. Now every call, email or text is a logged contact: press Log contact on the lead (or the phone button on its row in the list), pick the channel and the outcome — reached, voicemail, no answer — and add a note if there is one. It lands on the timeline as who reached out, how, and what happened, and reaching a new lead moves it to Contacted for you. Reports gains a By team member table where each lead is credited to whoever logged its first contact, with attempts, contacted, consult, held and hired laid out as step rates — and a Consult hosts card shows how the consultations themselves convert, by who ran them.

  • One-tap logging — the channel is pre-selected from how the prospect asked to be reached; a reached call on a new lead moves it to Contacted and resets its follow-up timer
  • Credit follows the first contact, not the assignee — reassigning a lead does not move its numbers, and a lead nobody has contacted yet is credited to its assignee
  • Attempts count too, so a week of voicemails shows as work done; the conversion rate on the Reports header and your dashboard widget now come from the same firm totals

Case Management·Sep 8, 2026·2 min read

Every case now has owners — and only they hear about it.

Assign one or more attorneys to a case and see who owns what at a glance — in the Cases list, on the case itself, and in a My cases widget on your home page. Case updates, notes and completed tasks go to the owners, not the whole firm.

Retainers now ask the client for the details only they know — and your templates stay editable after import.

Mark a template variable as filled by the client — phone, mailing address, date of birth — and the signing page collects it before the signature, so the client reviews and signs the completed agreement. A saved template's payment plan and variables can now be edited any time in Settings.
