Every invoice and payment now lands in QuickBooks on its own.
Connect QuickBooks Online once from Settings. From then on every invoice you send, every payment that comes in — online or recorded by hand — and every refund or void posts to your books automatically, under the right client, with your own invoice number.
Your accountant lives in QuickBooks; your practice lives in Lexfill. Until now someone had to carry every invoice and payment from one to the other. Open Settings → QuickBooks, press Connect and sign in to your QuickBooks Online company, and that job is gone. Each invoice you send appears in QuickBooks under the client's name with its line items and due date, numbered LEXFILL- plus your invoice number so it never collides with anything your firm already numbers there. When the client pays online, or you record a check, cash or Zelle by hand, the payment posts against that invoice with the matching payment method. Void an invoice or refund a client and QuickBooks is corrected the same way — nothing to fix in two places.
- One-time connection — the firm owner signs in to QuickBooks once from Settings; disconnect from the same screen any time
- Invoices carry line items, discounts, due dates and your LEXFILL- numbering; new clients are created in QuickBooks automatically
- Payments post with their method — card, bank debit, cash, check, Zelle, money order; partial refunds update the payment, full refunds and voids remove it
