Case Management·Sep 8, 2026·New·2 min read

Every case now has owners — and only they hear about it.

Assign one or more attorneys to a case and see who owns what at a glance — in the Cases list, on the case itself, and in a My cases widget on your home page. Case updates, notes and completed tasks go to the owners, not the whole firm.

A firm with two or three attorneys splits its caseload, but until now a case belonged to nobody in particular: every update went to everyone, and nothing said whose matter it was. Now every case has owners. Pick them when you create the case (you're preselected), or change them any time from the owner stack at the top of the case. The Cases list shows owners in their own column and filters by Me or Unassigned, and a My cases widget on your home page keeps your own matters in view with an unread badge and their latest activity. When a case has owners, its questionnaires, documents, client messages and hearing changes reach them and nobody else — and owners get three notifications nobody received before: a teammate added a note, a task was completed, or you were made an owner.

  • Up to ten owners per case — assigned at creation, from the case header, or on the Access tab of a restricted case
  • Owners column and Owner filter on the Cases list; a shareable link for the filtered view
  • Owner-only routing, with a My cases notification category you can mute for notes, tasks and ownership changes

Client Intake·Sep 13, 2026·2 min read

See who spoke to each lead — and whose calls turn into consults.

Log every call, email or text to a lead in one tap, and Reports now breaks the funnel down by team member — leads worked, attempts made, how many reached a consult and hired — so you can see which approach converts, not just the firm-wide rate.

Every invoice and payment now lands in QuickBooks on its own.

Connect QuickBooks Online once from Settings. From then on every invoice you send, every payment that comes in — online or recorded by hand — and every refund or void posts to your books automatically, under the right client, with your own invoice number.

Client Experience·Sep 5, 2026·2 min read

Retainers now ask the client for the details only they know — and your templates stay editable after import.

Mark a template variable as filled by the client — phone, mailing address, date of birth — and the signing page collects it before the signature, so the client reviews and signs the completed agreement. A saved template's payment plan and variables can now be edited any time in Settings.
